I cancelled my order and instead reserved one at my local verizon 3rd party store.

Called again today with full intent to cancel. After a few minutes of being on hold they came back and told me it actually shipped today and I'll have it tomorrow.. Gave me her name and said if I don't get it to call back... Fingers crossed on this one..

Has anybody gone to a Verizon store and bought an LG G4 today? Too busy to get away this morning and have a meeting at lunch. Those darn employers are always expecting you to work. Hopefully I can get off at 4 and go to the Verizon store and get my LG G4.

Just got mine not too impressed with this black leather. I know setting up kills the battery kind of fast but battery life might be a concern on this phone. Oh yeah where's our headphones? I swear Verizon keeps all the goodies.

Every US carrier takes it the headphones. Nothing new either.

I went to a store and purchased at full retail. They had odd stock numbers on each color, so call ahead to make sure they have the one you want. (i got white which they had the most of)

Thanks everyone for their input and suggestions. It's been great finding out most of the things about this phone before picking it up. Picked up from Best Buy last night with $100 gift card. So far, I'm very pleased. Except for Google Keyboard vibrate feature not keeping up with the typing but I'm hoping it will go away once things settle down. Liking it so far

I got my ceramic white LG G4 from Verizon yesterday afternoon. Cudos to Verizon for a great purchasing experience. I just switched to Verizon with this phone purchase, but I've dealt with bad service from Verizon landline phones, FIOS, etc. all the way back to the GTE days, but was very impressed with the promptness, professionalism and ease of the transaction. So far I am amazed at the difference in my G4 vs. the HTC One M7. Only one complaint so far and I haven't had much time to sort through it, but I am having difficulty using LG Backup to move my data from my HTC One to my G4. It just sits there and does nothing.

I haven't used the LG version but the Motorola version did take a few minutes. I usually just copy to the pc and then move but if you have texts you want to move over then I guess I don't have an answer.

I used the LG Backup to move my data. I didn't notice at first the commands at the bottom, you have to hit start twice kinda. Give that another look to make sure. Can also create an LG Cloud account (free) and transfer that way.
