LG G4 will not transfer pictures to my Laptop

My phone will would not download pictures to my Laptop. Before when I connected my phone to the Laptop a screen on the phone appeared and asked if I wanted to allow this device access to the phone. That screen no longer appears. However the File Explorer folder opens and goes to my G4 folder but it says the folder is empty. Any ideas on what is going on?

Have you disabled Developer Options on the phone or changed something on the PC? Upgrade on the phone?

Mystery solved. LG did a update I did not know about. I had to install a driver and now life is good!

Yes, somewhere along the line I needed to install some new LG drivers on my Windows box. Not sure if it was a Windows update or phone update that caused the need.
