LG G4c Lg keyboard has stopped working, any suggestions?

LG G4c Lg keyboard has stopped working

LG keyboard has stopped working message constantly appearing.

I have checked out similar posts and tried the advice with no luck.

When in apps the LG keyboard is greyed out and can not be changed.

Try to go into phone to try and revert back to factory settings that is also greyed out so cant do that either.

Any other suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to install an alternate keyboard, like Google Keyboard, and set it as the default?
