LG g5 Flashes 0% Charge

Hello!
I have a LG g5 and won't start.
Only appears 0% battery.
What is the problem?
Help me!

First thing, and easiest is to try another charger and cable. It may be registering a connection, but the charger may not be outputting enough power to charge the phone.

I don't have another charger.
It is possible to corrupt the motherboard?
Or it's just from the battery?

Try a different charger and cable. I see a black cable in the pic. Not sure thats the one that came with the phone, mine was white. Not all aftermarket cables are good quality. That could be the issue. Next if its less than a year old try contacting LG support. I had another issue and they helped me.

the cable is form a Samsung.
If I buy another new battery it may work? Or it is possible to be broken the motherboard?

It's probably not the motherboard, most likely it is the cable / charger. Try that before getting another battery.
