LG G5 on Sprint

I want to get the G5 on Sprint and make it as close to stock Android as possible, without root. There is a promo for $150 off with a trade in G3. So I can get it for around $430. Should I buy it??
Also, can I install and use the Android dialer with it?
Does its support Sprints LTE Plus network?
Is the chrome around the edges metal? Or just paint that chips off? It looks like it's coming off around the headphone jack.

I installed google launcher. Its a mosy if you ask me! Also i read that it is metal around the phone and does look like its chipped off at the jack

I'm not sure about the Android dialer working on this phone. After a solid month with it, I haven't had any chipping problems with the chrome, if it is indeed just paint. It utilizes the LTE Plus network beautifully, I ran a speedtest and pulled 57 mbps at work, when I was only pulling 12 mbps max with my Note Edge. Overall, I love this phone, the battery lasts forever, and the wide angle lens camera is great!
