LG G6 Extreme Battery Loss

Recently, my LG G6 (Which I got on june 22) has been having very bad battery life. Last week, I would start the day with 100% battery at around 8 I start my day, and I don't usually use my phone, and at 4ish I get home, and my phone had less than 30%. The next day was worse; my phone reached 15% by four when I started to use it again. Today I came home and my phone was dead. Any suggestions? Note that I don't use my phone that much during that timeframe from 8 to 4. The phone is on auto brightness the whole day, and my fingerprint scanner is also on. (If that is important) If I could get any help for this, I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

Have you downloaded any new apps of late? What apps are running in the background? Go to your Battery Manager settings in your Settings app and see if there any any culprits! Share your screenshot here with us and we'll take a look too!

Okay, I will try that! I haven't installed any apps so it must be that or software or even a faulty battery... I will send screenshots tomorrow... My phone is charging lol

Ok, you haven't installed new apps but you may have gotten an update that triggered this. I had that happen with the Amazon app back in the day (luckily I still had the original version and was able to reinstall it).

Absolutely, it could be any one of those things. Let your battery drain down to zero percent; then charge it fully and then show us a battery monitoring screenshot; and we'll go from there!

Can you check Google Assistant and make sure "OK Google" detection is turned off?

"OK Google" is not going to make this much of a difference by itself. In fact, I've found it nice that I do not need to disable all the potentially useful features of my G6 and still have acceptable battery life left at the end of most days. I do however keep a rather close eye on direct app usage and wakelocks. I have disabled all the apps that were preloaded that I don't use but it's hard for me to know for sure that even that has made a big difference.

Things do seem to have improved; today I was using my phone during that 7 hour time frame that I usually do not use it, and I only went down to 34%. I still do not know why it is that low, as I know it used to be way better. Also here are the screenshots: Screenshot_2017-11-14-15-47-21.jpgScreenshot_2017-11-14-15-47-14.jpg
