LG G6 has died

Samsung didn't have a class action because they had two major recalls on a safety issue.

...right....they took accountability... can't say the same with LG - and California dismissed without prejudice the class action! I wouldn't give any $ to a company that uses loopholes to cheat customers -

They didn't have a choice....what part of safety issue don't you get? If they didn't do something they would have had more than class action suits on their hands.

What don't you "get" o_O

Everyone has a choice (....)

I never said I didn't understand a "safety" issue - I don't know what you don't seem to process, it's quite rudimentary : LG bootloop crap build etc. Not a "safety" issue but still a concern that wasn't addressed by the company thus litigation.

Samsung had a more pressing issue, yes (duh) but they didn't hide behind loopholes and T&C - they took it on the chin.

Can't say LG has done that once. For the past several years, at least from my research (you work for LG so you know) - there have been a significant amount of users complaining about various issues that seem to repeat themselves year after year....

bootloop is an LG thing and has been for years....YEARS.

cracked camera glass....last few models...

Samsung had a single widespread battery issue....which they acknowledged.

All electronic devices made of glass n battery are prone to random cracks shatter reboots etc. It goes without saying, but it's very ignorant of you to dispel what users have gone through just because "you" haven't experienced it lol...jeez.

This happened to me: I was eating a sub while reading the new and boom, screen went blank suddenly. I tried to turn it on, plug it in, etc and nothing work. I landed on this thread and read flyingkytez's comment about doing a "soft reset". I tried the soft reset and it worked.
