LG G6 typing issues :(

When I'm typing, sometimes my screen doesn't register that I'm holding down to place punctuation or it will double or triple tap a letter that I only hit once. It's the whole screen and not just the keyboard, sometimes when I'm scrolling, it will act as though I clicked, but my finger never lifted from the screen. Is this an LG G6 bug or do I just have a faulty device? Is there any fix for this?

I did and I feel stupid. I've never had that problem with one. I actually asked my husband about it when he came home and he told me to try taking it off and the problem is now gone. >.< thank you for your response.

Don't feel stupid! It's great that that was the issue and not the screen itself! Glad it got figured out for you!

What brand protector did you have on it? Just wondering if there's some minimum thickness needed in order to use one. I ordered one for my G6 which arrives today.

I have this problem with the Nexus 7. I hate it.
