LG G6 using Android 7.0 No name for incoming call

Hi,
I'm using LG G6, Android 7.0. My phone shows private number for some of my friends calling. When they text me, it's normal. I've added their number to my contacts either my phone or google's account.
It's OK when they call their friends so it's not their problem. I talked with my carrier to make sure everything is normal. Then, I try factory data reset, remove google's account and add back. The issue still there. Final, when I switch my SIM to another phone, it's normal. Therefore, I think it's something wrong with my phone.

Do anyone know how to fix it?

P.S. I contacted with LG technical support but they couldn't fix it.

That's part of the phone software of the phone - there's nothing you can do to "fix" it. You could try to get your carrier to reflash the last update (some carriers can, others wouldn't know the difference between flashing an update and flashing a thigh).

Welcome to Android Central! In your Contacts, are your friends' numbers listed with the country code added or missing? If they have the country code, try removing it in the Contact listing; or vice-versa -- if they don't have the country code, try adding it.
