LG G7 why is the notification and media volume the same?

It's frustrating when I watch a video on my phone and turn it down to a lower volume level then my notification (text message) turns down with it. Why are they not seperate? Any apps that divides them

Have you checked in settings under sounds profile ? I know since Pie the volume button control media first
