Ink if Im the only person having thus issue but lately when my 7.0 gets to 15% it warns me and I put it on the charge however when I hook it up and it recognizes the charger it says 58% please any help would be awesome also is anyone else have overheating issues.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it discharging normally down to 15%, or does it suddenly drop?
You could try recalibrating the battery sensor software by charging to 100%, using it normally until it shuts off automatically from low battery, then charge up to 100% again. You may have to do this 2-3 times.
