LG Health log in annoying

Now I am getting annoying notifications that my session ended in LG Health...
Is the log on just for synchronizing your health information against possible loss?

Can you disable the LG Health app?

I probably could... But I do use it. I think it is a function of the data synch. I am just going to disable that and see what goes.

I'm having trouble with this as well. 4 or 5 times a day I have to reenter my password. I have a smart watch, so I think that's having something to do with it. Not sure
