I have flashed with 5.1.1 kdz but same probelm ..so is there any process like downgrade or upgrade to 6.0 ..if possible help me out this situation..

Hi..i already tried factory reset and as well as hard reset..but same problem showing same error..
Is there a way to enter into lgk10 recovery mode and Apply update

You could. The bootloader would need to be unlocked, which would wipe the entire phone. You can then enter recovery and use I think fastboot commands to update the device.

You could also try a different dialer application. Google has one on Play, I think.
