Lg K8V Apps lag

[AC Question]

I recently bought this phone to upgrade from a previous LG phone that was was more restricted than this phone. Better picture quality with much less space. So i thought this was a good upgrade.

Whatever app I use the front facing camera with that has filters, the camera is laggy, No matter what I do. Snapchat, Photogrid are the two so far. It seems the filters are causing the lag.

Any idea how to fix it? It's a shame that a higher quality phone than what I had has issues and my old one did not.

Welcome to the forums. Is the only app causing issues the camera app?

Golfdriver. The camera app itself works fine. The apps that use the camera is where I'm having an issue with. And it seems to be when the filters come into plat. Without the filters, it works fine. Just odd that it's more than one app.

The apps tying into the camera can be difficult to get around. The camera won't be easy to disable so you can replace it with a different app.

Are you just sharing pictures when you do this?
