LG L7 II Audio noise all time

Hello
I have an issue. When I open any application that can stream audio, I hear noise from speaker. It's the same when I plug headphones. When I play even HQ track I can hear some noise, even at low volume.
I think that build in amplifier is a problem. I'm using Android 4.1.2 Is software cause this problem? Maybe in other Android version software doesn't allow to use amplifier all time, or at maximum power.

Have you heared that from your L710?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that the speaker is always playing some kind of background static or hum? Or that the speaker plays whatever the application is playing, even when you have headphones plugged in?

The speaker is playing some kind of hum but it doesn't when It plug in headphones. On the other hand I hear this kind of hum in headphones.

Yes, the same. It's even when I enter to Menu application and I hear for approx. 3 seconds this hum. Even I click on Calculator and I hear some kind of hum. But it is hearable all time when I listen to music.
I haven't rooted Android.

It must be either a hardware or firmware issue. If there are no official system updates available from LG, you could look into rooting the phone and installing a custom ROM, but I don't have any experience with that. Try searching xda-developers.com.

Thanks a lot for your answers. I had read about Android 4.4.2 update using LG Suite program.
I should do it.
