[AC Question]

I cracked my screen and I would like to take my pictures off my phone before returning it. However, I am unable to unlock my screen. Is there a way to access the pictures and bypass the lock screen?

Unfortunately there is no way to back up your files if the display is not working or if the lock screen is enabled. However, if you take it in to your local Sprint store they might have a way to back up your data. ^DT
