Lg nexus 5x unlock?

hi, i want to unlock the LG H790 i have the code to unlock it, but i cant get into the unluck menu and com.lge.LgHiddenMenu doesnt appear, i try all the codes and nothing happens, even with a different sim card, please someone help me. thanks
