LG Nexus

The specs on the LG Nexus 4 are top notch. Ok the 8gb storage blows, I am sure there will be 16gb versions, possibly 32gb. But besides that everything is top of the line; Best processor, Best GPU, 2gb RAM, Great screen probably the 2nd best smartphone screen on the market today, and battery life is supposed to be really good too.

Take the LG sticker off the back, and replace it with a Samsung or HTC sticker, and people would be going ape sh!t crazy happy for this phone. I think the LG branding is scaring people off.

I'm almost ready to jump on this phone, the LG name doesn't bother me in the least, I just want something bigger than 16GB, I hope google confirms more sizes on Monday, even if they don't launch right away.

Any word if this will be on the play store for 350-400 off contract yet? Seems like a beast of a phone. Top of the line everything exactly what the nexus should be.

Does anyone know if there are any rumours of a 4g version coming to the UK? I only ask because EE is finally rolling out 4g around the UK and i have a free upgrade available on T-Mobile. So i want to hold out for an unlocked version on the play store and get a sim only rather than a more expensive contract with a phone.

Based on what we're seeing with the Nexus 7 line (rumors and leaks so far), I suspect a substantial number of us will wait three months before buying the new Nexus phone. I don't want to be an early adopter, only to find a price drop 60-90 days out, or a version with bigger storage debut at the same price point as the initial offering. I'm really kinda schizo abou tthis, I want a Nexus phone, but I refuse to get bitten a third time (in only two months!) over a Google device for silly consumer pricing/model offering.

Sorry, Google. If you're listening,...

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, SHAME ON ME.

lol.

Sounds like a Bionic owner pissed about the RAZR coming out soon after.

Or a RAZR owner pissed about the RAZR MAXX.

Early adopters always get "screwed". This is nothing new.
