LG Optimus Elite - How can I open the NAT?

I am just completely clueless. For my old phone the Optimus V all I would of had to do is just use usb tethering. But that doesn't seem to fix the issue. I have even tried multiple other tethering programs and haven't seemed to find a solution yet. So I was wondering if anyone had some program that works with the phone that can open ports to make it to where my nat will no longer be strict. Any help would greatly be appreciated thank you.

I guess not. Well maybe I will win something since I have answered the question myself. As it would seem if you have a router that you share the connection out on from a different computer you can get the router set up for UPNP and it will automatically open ports up. Just the only problem is you have to have another computer and you can't do it directly with the phone. At least I can't figure out the port forwarding apps for the phone so maybe you can but I have no idea.
