LG Optimus F7 rebooting and menu bar disappearing?

I had recently got a new SD card for my phone (about a month ago) and had noticed no problems at all until now. My phone tends to "reboot" as if i went out of range for my service provider (boost mobile). Not only that, but the past day or so I had noticed there were times where my menu bar at the top of my screen would just up and disappear as well... Usually I am a technical guru and can fix things on my own. But I have come to a wall. Not sure if it is an SD card issue or if it is time for a new phone??? :-\ Please help me asap!!!
