I am a WPCentral Ambassador that loves devices from all the makers out there. I recently picked up the G Pro and reviewed it (with some comparisons to the Lumia 920 and WP8). Click Here for the review over at sister site WPCentral.

Just to let you know, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised about the device, and I used some of the threads here to make my original decision to purchase. Thanks!

Very nice review! I thought you covered the best points of the OGP accurately. The Nokia's and the high end androids shine in different ways. Different phones for different folks!

Nice review. I was impressed so much by QSlide 2.0 and QRemote. In near future, we will have QVoice.

Besides, we have Q series, QMemo, QTranslator, QButton...

Thanks guys! Scary thing is that I have only had the phone for 2 days. I have been using it non-stop to try to get the most out of it as quick as possible. That is the main reason I didn't mention battery; I have no idea what regular use would be like! Also, I thought I was going to be sad about now being able to apply custom roms yet. Then I realized that the main reason I did that in the past was for more speed, less lag. This phone doesn't need it. Too bad there is zero advertising here in the US.

I'm in the exact same situation as you! I've had a Nokia 920 for a while and I just got an Optimus G Pro for work a few weeks ago. I really love the larger screen and the speed.

Android is a very interesting mobile operating system. I've owned them all (iPhone user for 4 years, then Windows Phone 8, now Android), I can't really tell which one is best.

I'll post my own review in your thread over at WPCentral.

I think I chose the Pro because of it being the underdog. It is part of the reason I gave WP a chance (currently on my 4th different WP).

I never just suggest WP to someone. Every phone type has certain things they are good at. You have to learn what someone specifically likes or wants before suggesting. If I come across someone in which Android is the answer for them, this will be the phone I lead them towards.
