PLEASE NEED HELP ASAP I had the black colored metro lg optimus l70 it started going crazy after using and uninstalling 360security app. I dont and havent had active cell service i use on wifi only. I switched to a white colored metro lg optimus l70 it updated itself to ms32310d which i believe is lollipop, I cant open facebook, messenger, instagram, periscope apps I click they change the home screen to a white black or blue screen then sometimes it freezes and I have to remove the battery. And a lot of times just doing anything it will freeze and I have to remove the battery. Since the lollipop upgrade downloading or uninstalling apps takes triple the time now, I still have like 900mb of internal phone space, plus almost 13gb on a sd card. Its not rooted I did do a factory reset right before I started using it as it was my husbands friends. It started out ok, then it got a little wonky but i cant remember if it was before the update or not, the update happened not long after i turned the phone on. I know this was super long, i had to restart the phone 2x please help me, this is the only way I can communicate with my kids. Also what is the best trusted you have used before malware, virus, whole phone scanning app thats free? Thank you in advance#

According to your other post, you have a K7, not an L70.

Hey I had the same problem but all you have to do is go to the settings and go to storage then click on apps go to all and free up some space with stuff you don't need like I don't use the weather or text translator so I installed the updates and that free up space for ya.

Hey man instead of factory reset you might try a hard reset and maybe that will work but I don't know I just giving you another option

You might have to go to the settings then go to storage then go to apps then go to all find your camer and clear data then try again

Every time you put an ad card in or memory card and you turn on your phone make sure it's connect so go to settings then storage then scroll down until it says mount ad car then mount then you can move things to your ad card

Believe you hold the power button down for one min...
