LG Optimus L9 Issues

Hello everyone. My phone was acting up a lot. In that way I mean notification bars we're not having the smooth up and down screen, screen timeout was not smooth, and rotating screen did not have that animation. It started acting like that a while ago but not that long. It's not annoying or anything but it feels weird. Anyone who had this problem could they tell me a solution cause I do not want to reset my phone.
