Welcome to AC!!

You want to go back to the phone as it was stock? Or you want to get the app back stock?

If the app, have you tried uninstalling it, and, installing it again?

If you want your phone back to stock, boot into the recovery menu (some combination of volume/power button from an off state usually) and do a factory reset.

ok ive downloaded all of jcoles files and now i am stuck on finding the boot image. I have put all files on my sd card and booted into recovery mode. I dont see a dalve cache ive wiped data and formated catch now i cant get the rom set up. i just put all the downloads on the sd card.i didnt put them inside any files. is one of the existing files where the rom goes ?

1) Boot into CWM Recovery
2) Wipe Cache
3) Wipe Dalvik Cache
4) Install .zip from sd card
5) Reboot step 4 isnt showing up for me there was no zip outa the downloads at least i dont see one when in recovery. there was a disc image and like I said I just put it in the sd car not in any folders as i did with the other fiiles. SD card was erased and reformated prior to doing all this.

Wait, did you uncompress the zip file that has the boot image? If so, don't do that. The image is inside the ZIP file. CWM should be looking for update.zip. Whatever your file is called, you should just rename it to update.zip, and, when you go to flash, select it from the SD card and you should be good to go.

When you downloaded the file, are you sure you didn't open it right away and take all of the files out of a zip without realizing it? Try redownloading it again just to make sure.
