LG Optimus S repair... 95% completed. Help with 5% needed!!!

Gentlemen,

Anyone can help me with advice (but only if you really know what you are suggesting.. please no theoretical opinions) on what am I doing wrong?

I'm repairing ESN/MEID on my brand new LG Optimus S (not stolen or something… I received it as an upgrade for another line that I have) following the solutions that I found on this (and couple other sites). I believe that I'm 95% close to success, but I’m stuck at step #4) and can’t proceed farther:

Hello, you probably dont know me from jump-street,,but i saw your post on lg optimus s ESN repair and i was wondering can you help me?
I will not be stealing data or any ones calls but i need to fix it off the back of my phone.

(this noob-ish mistake was made by me as a newb flasher)
