LG Optimus S Screen Damage

Hello, recently I dropped my phone and the LCD malfunctioned. When I turned on the phone, I still felt the vibration and feedback but the screen was all black. As of now, my phone wont turn on even if I connect it to a USB or charger port. When I plug it in, the home, menu, back and search buttons blink, then the screen lights up and turns off.

What is wrong with my phone? Should I replace the LCD screen?
