LG Optimus V stuck in LG boot loop

My Optimus V is Stuck in a Boot Loop... When i Power it on, it shows the regular LG logo and then it says Android system recovery, Do not pull out the battery, and then it formats everything, reboots and show the regular LG logo and then it goes to a red LG logo, and then it does this process all over again... somebody please help

EDIT: BTW this all started when i did a factory reset through settings->Privacy... then i tried to flash xionia recovery which brings me to the current problem
