Wondering if any of you have tried to run the 'smart cleaning' app under the general settings. My phone will calculate how much to clean, but when I try to run it I get the usual app fail message of smart cleaning has stopped.
I tried a battery pull, cleaned system cache, all of the tricks. Nothing has helped to resolve it.
I sent an email to LG support about it and a couple other issues, but have not heard back yet.
Can a few of you try it and see if this LG app works on your phone.

Sprint version worked fine. It calculated and then I was able to delete app cache under temporary with no problem.

Working here, unlocked International, UK.

Worked on my AT&T version as well.

Strange. Have you tried rebooting and running it again?

Yes I have including a battery pull. No difference.
I have a problem with vibrate mode where it will not use anything put the factory setting. If I set it to another pattern that LG provided, it will not be used.
Since I am having problems with the VZ network signal sometimes also, I think I may ask for a new replacement G4 before my 14 days is up.

I believe that might be best, because I can say that my vibrate settings definitely change and stay put to what I put them to. I played around with it just last night. Let us know!

I took my phone back to VZ yesterday and they gave me a new one, not a refurb. The no network connection problem seems to be gone and the smart cleaning works. However I still cannot get the vibration pattern to use anything other than the out of the box setting, even though I have it set to something different. I even created a custom pattern and set it, but still is using the factory setting. I setup most of the new phone manually including the apps, but something must have come over from my backup and once again corrupted the vibration coding. I have cleared the partition cache, used smart cleaner, and did a hard reboot. None of these solved the problem. Can anybody point me to where the vibration patterns are stored so I can look there and see if I see a file or something that shouldn't be there. It's like something is turned on to ignore user settings for vibrations.
