LG spectrum stuck of 4G LTE screen

whenever i try to start my phone up all it does is get stuck replaying the 4G LTE screen it never goes past it. my phone is not rooted or whatever it's called. i took the battery out overnight and it didnt work, i tried hitting the power and volume button but it didnt work...what else can i do? i really dont want to get out of bed its freezing and snowing and windy outside right now
