LG stylo 2 Bluetooth problem

[AC Question]

My Bluetooth has never worked and this is a new phone. It's grayed out and also says no Bluetooth address?? How can this be?? Tried rebooting phone, taking out battery etc. Thanks for any help.

Can you post a screen shot of what it shows on your screen?

Well, all it shows is the bluetooth symbol grayed out. Doesn't say anything.

I thought I didn't have a Bluetooth address but at least I have that.
