LG Stylo 4 Notifications

[Android Central Question]

None of my email notifications (Gmail, Outlook, or Email) notifications are working. I though Lookout app was causing problem, so I deactivate it, and still I'm having problems with notifications. How do I resolve?

Welcome to Android Central! Any power-saving modes turned on, or 3rd party battery-saver apps? Also, go to Settings>Data Usage​ and make sure Restrict Background Data isn't turned on.
