Lg Stylo 6 phone won't install watch4

My wach4 for some reason reset after using it for over a year. Can't seem to get it to install. I've gotten up to 89%. But then it stops. When trying to install the watch4 it stops at different point of the install. All other attached devices are working. Not sure why the watch reset. Can't find any information on the web as to why it is not installing.
