Lg Stylo stuck after reset.

I use the power button and volume down Button after saving what i needed on sd card. Sometimes it freezes on the connection screen, after hours sometimes i get a black screen. if i continue with out internent, it will ask for my name but will not let me continue. I've tried to reset again and it will not let me skip anything.

The connection screen says it may take a white. But i left it sit houre hours and then overnight and nothing.
