Lg tribute update help

Hello, I have a LG tribute and I have been trying for so long to get a system up date but whenever I do, it says I don't have enough room on my device for an update. I got rid of almost every single app (except one) all of my pictures and all of my music. But there is still not enough space. I was wondering if I could get help or go to a store.

I have the same phone and was having difficulty getting the LS660ZV6 update to install. It said there was insufficient space to download, indicating the update was 73mb. The actual amount of space required is much larger.

Go to settings>apps and see how much free space you have on internal storage. It will not use your sd card, so we are not concerned with how much space is on that. The actual requirement before it will download is somewhere between 550-600mb on internal storage. Uninstall apps till have this much free, then try again. You can reinstall them later, as this space is only required during the installation, and not after.

Please post if you have any other issues during installation.

I just installed the update after it has failed for a couple of months..you will need at least 525 mb of storage available and it should install with no issues.

Which update are you talking about? Will Tribute update to Lollipop?
