LG Tribute

I am looking for advice from a Security/Privacy point of view. I have a rooted Tribute, custom recovery and have recently been considering a custom ROM. I've been doing alot of reading about Cyanogen, and even had it on my old Optimus V. Does anyone have a tribute and this rom? Even if not, do you think this would be a good move? I am a very privacy, security minded individual. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

I don't see an official build for this device in our build list. You may do some searching to see what is out there.

Ah yeah i didn't either. I don't mean to be redundant, but that means you do not have official support for it, and although i might still try to install it, if something goes wrong, you can offer little to no support, correct? I will keep looking around for sure. Would you have any sort of recommendation at all besides this ROM? I appreciate your response. Ive been on other forums, this is the first reply to a similar question, thank you.

If a build does not come from our official downloads, then no I cannot support it. There are a lot of "unofficial" CM ROM's out there that don't come from us. Many of these contain modifications that haven't been introduced by us as a whole.

I don't really have another recommendation for a ROM for the device. I would say do a good amount of reading to see what might fit your needs.
