LG V10 Call Forwarding

I have just bought a V10 call forwarding does not work any ideas on correcting this issue

I remember doing this with AT&T on my G3. Option was grayed out. Had to have carrier enable it on the backend.
 
On AT&T you do it on the phone through the phone call settings.
There is a menu for Additional Settings. But it doesn't work to set it up, giving an error.
 
Even an AT&T store mgr. couldn't figure it out. I had to take. my phone (G3) to an AT&T service center and they had to make several calls to get it set up. It can be done, but not easy on AT&T and V10 is similar I'm sure.

So they didn't just wanna try a new SIM or reset or exchange the device?

I had two chats and they could not do it. And one of them said they opened a case. I do not believe they even DID open a case.
Seems like I give the trip to the store a try like you did.
But I do not want a device exchange, unless it's a new one. I don't like refurbished like new. They usually are not.
 
i have not tried to set it up on the AT&T version, but going into the settings does not error out now after the MM update.
