LG V10 - Camera shots! Show us your pictures

Wow, some really good pics here. I'm impressed. I wanna take some myself :) is there a crash course for manual mode? I'm kinda dumb when it comes to photography, but I wanna use phone's full potential.
Thanks. I'm glad to be part of this group. Of you read through this thread you'll find some tips from myself and others in settings and how they affect your shots. But also check out this video from the best smartphone camera reviewer on YouTube. https://youtu.be/efJh608yZ1I And once you go into manual the cool thing about this phone is that it shows you the changes a setting makes real time so it's not a lot of guess work involved. Have fun with it.

Thanks for the video, I did learn a couple of things. I'll just have to play with it some more. I noticed this guy was using some sort of stylus, is it necessary? Because I've noticed it's tricky handling manual mode with my finger :)

No the stylus is completely optional and was only used for demonstration. But just try it out for yourself. Looking forward to your pics.

How about video clips? Heres some shots from last weekend. Those of you who can view in 4K, make sure you click the setting-gear icon and chose the highest setting you are capable of viewing.

Sorry for the shaky / wobbly vids... there's no image stabilization at 4K.

You can get creative when you explore manual. First shot is auto exposure. Second shot I sped up the shutter speed to 1/500 used manual focus and turned the flash on. Then edited with Pixlr.

This is where I got attacked once by a swarm of pissed off bees a year ago!! Terrifying ordeal, to put it mildly. My heart always races as I pass through this area.

And a quick 4K video of the view from 1750ft, looking across the SF bay towards Alameda, Walnut Creek and Fremont from Palo Alto. Make sure you set the graphics setting to match your screen viewing resolution.

NICE!!

I am finding frame rate to be more of a factor than resolution. So the 4K lower frame rates don't necessarily look better than the low-res at higher frame rates.

I have been eating really well the last few days...

My favorite soup... The dried plum things are from the Philippines. My friend carried them back for me... awesome!!

Got some long exposures for ya. Love this phone's capabilities. Shot in RAW and edited lightly in Snapseed.
