Lg v10 frozen and factory reset isn't working

Looking for suggestions on how to reset it

Did you pull the battery and reboot? Where is it freezing?

Is your phone rooted? If the battery pull doesn't work, please google "lg v10 bootloop" or look at the various threads here with bootloop in the title.
If it is the dreaded bootloop, data in main memory (not SD card) will be lost and repair will be needed.

Try pushing volume up , down and power button at the same time for about 12seconds... Something should come up on the screen.
