I'm hoping for the sooner and not the later.

Funny thing about T-Mobile on Twitter. When I had questions for them before I ported over to them, they responded. Since I became a customer, they don't respond to anything from me over the past 13 days. Seems odd and not likely a coincidence. I hope they don't turn for the worse now that I'm a customer. I have no problem playing the carrier switching game now that I have my feet wet in it. I switch electric companies every 3-12 months, I'll now have no problem doing that with cell providers if I need to.
Yeah MM did a major boost on the battery stamina on my Nexus 7[2013] and yes it does feel more responsive, not that I had major issues before.
The V10 badly needs all the battery saving as it can receive. After my Sony Z3 it's downright poor.
Any ETA yet?

I hope they get the update as well. I like the feature of external storage aka SD card being treated the same as the internal storage
you can get doze on the play store
I've found that Lollipop worked quite well on my previous two phones. So I think I can manage with it on this phone until MM is released shortly...maybe within a month. And from what I've read in these forums, the phone is smooth running LP. Naturally, the carriers have to take it through their process, so that's not unexpected. If you don't want to go through those delays, get a Nexus.
I am happy with the v10 on lolipop.. I hope they take their time and give us a functioning smooth update.. Motto rushed and caused a lot of headaches

For us folks on Verizon, we will most likely ever see Marshmallow pushed out to our phones. I had to get my Lumia Denim through the Microsoft Developers Preview Service. When Verizon DOES push out Android updates, they are usually seriously flawed (Note 4 with shortened battery life and loss of radio gain resulting in dropped calls & bad data transfer rates).
Really? It shouldn't. The phone works amazing on the Lollipop it has.

I agree with this. The update to my note 4 on Verizon was great. I only switched to t mobile because of price. The signal strength leaves a lot to be desired because Verizon is the best in my area, but I get by with t mobile. The good thing about the switch was it forced me to get a new phone and the v10 is pretty sweet. I would say at least on par with note 4(better if you didn't use s pen much) and I loved my note 4.Has there ever been a bad update pushed by Verizon? Of course there has. But I have been with Verizon for over ten years and have never received a bad update. Usually is not correct.
