LG V10 update

Hello I have LG V10 (H960A) still stuck with Lollipop 5.1.1 so I was wondering when will the Marshmallow update be available? If it is could you please tell why I haven't received it yet please and thank you. If you need anymore information ask.

What carrier are you on? I believe that all major US carriers released Marshmallow so far for the V10. Additionally, how do you like the V10 compared to the 5X? That was one of the other phones I considered so Im wondering how they compare in the long run out of pure curiosity

Since you have the H960A V10, I assume it's the 32GB variant which should be the European version. A quick Google search points that the update for Marshmallow arrived in late March and early April. Did you check for the OTA or are you checking via LG Bridge?

Yes hi thanks for responding yes I have tried updating through OTA but the server says errors or the update is not available or my software is up to date. I also haven't checked through LG Bridge yet maybe I'll try through there.

The V10 is unlocked actually I got it from B&H as well as the 5X. I actually like V10 over the 5X now haha but the I miss the smaller size of the 5x. Performance wise the V10 has double the RAM and same SOC but battery life 3000 mah vs 2700 mah is a noticeable difference. People have said the 5x lags and battery life is terrible I haven't noticed any real lag on the device or bad battery life except when I factory reset one time battery life improved. Camera performance good on the 5x but compared to flagship phones it depends on you.

Okay I've tried LG bridge and I successfully updated to 6.0 thanks guys for all your help. Please close thread if possible.
