Whenever I attempt to attach a file (in an email, text message, ect.) it fails and says "Unfortunalte, Documents has stopped." I tried clearing cache for the app and for the phone. Even did a complete reset and it did not change. This is the TMobile varient if that makes a difference.
Also, the fingerprint reader stopped working. I no longer have the option to use it. Ever. and the factory reset did not help that at all.
What else can I do?
