LG v20 screen burn in

Ok guys I was playing on my v20 and I notice that the screen has burn in there's a white box on every screen and the home button,back button,and app clear button on burned in on movies I watch. How to I fix this?

Mine comes and goes by itself
 
It's not a true burn in, which is permanent and found on OLED screens. The V20 uses LCD, which has image retention. It's not permanent either.

If you turn the screen off, it'll go away on its own after a while. There's also videos on YouTube that claim to fix these by cycling full screen red, green, and blue colors to more or less even out the retention. I don't use those, so can't speak to their effectiveness.

It's common for some LCD panels to image retention, it's not permanent however. Just leave this video on full screen for 15 minutes at full brightness. The colors needs to be refreshed and the stuck pixels will be fixed. Warning, do not look directly into the screen!

To avoid this in the future, use lower brightness and use a darker wallpaper and theme.
