LG V30+ question?

I have a guy who work with Sprint selling LG V30+ (he said the phone is Sprint but unlocked to work with any network) Brand New he asked for $600 and I have some questions.
1 Is the V30+ is the same with V30?
2 If I used AT&T Sim.. Will I get the software update?
3 Is the blue tint still present?

What do you think? Or Should I get S9+ instead?

1. V30+ has double the storage
2. No idea.
3. I bought my V30+ a couple weeks after launch. The blue tint was minimal and could only be seen at extreme angles. I'd check this out too though.
