LG V30 Tidal MQA - how do you know it is on?

Purchased the V30 for the sound. I have a Tidal subscription and played a "masters" MQA track with the quad DAC. The phone registers this as "hi-fi". How do you know if it is playing a MQA enabled track? ........the hi-fi sounds great

How can you tell it is a "masters" MQA track? I do not see the same labels on V30 app as I do on my PC... the boxed

The phone registers that the ESS9218P DAC is enabled (the hi-fi designation at the top of the screen.) This does not mean that the ESS9218P DAC is being used nor does it signify that the input is hi-fi. It could just as easily show (you plugged something into the headphone jack and the ESS DAC circuitry is available for use, but that would be too long for the display!!)
