LG V40 pie & issues with pull down menu

[Android Central Question]

Hi all,
After my LG V40 received pie, the pull down notification menu is problematic. It takes at least 5 or more pulls to get the menu to stay on the screen so I can access settings, volume, flashlight, etc. My husband is having the same problem with his V40 after pie upgrade. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It's really annoying & I hope it gets fixed soon. Thanks!!

Do you have a screen protector or a case that overlaps the top of the screen?
I checked mine and no issues with the top pull down menu.

Both my wife and I are not having any issues with notification either.

Late to the party but I had this issue. I had disabled the animation scaling through developer options - when I turned animations back on, I had no issues with the pull-down menu staying.
