LG V490 does not connect with LG PC Suite, how can I get them working together?

LG V490 does not connect with LG PC Suite

Hello!
My tablet cannot connect to the PC, even when the PC Suite is installed. The ports are good (one broken, but unused) and I have no other PC to test this on.

The only error I get is that the USB drivers are missing, even after I re-installed them.

And no clouds! They are super slow.
