LG V60 Wont send text messages

Ok, all of a sudden my V60 won't send text messages at all, but i can receive them and i have all updates, never had an issue until now, can't figure out how to fix it?

Which message app are you using?

Well, the LG one has been disabled by LG i think it's Google Messenger. I read somewhere that disabling carrier services is a fix, but i dont have that on my phone, can't find it. Got any ideas?

Ok so let's try clearing cache and force stop the message app

text sent has a red triangle next to it and message pops up text not sent

Now try deleting data then force stop it , make sure back up is on

Same place under cache
Long press the app then tap info>tap storage and should have clear data

ok under messaging you OPEN, DISABLE, FORCE STOP, the disable button you cant push its not available, but the open and force stop are.

ok i found the screen shot you sent,,,,,,,,says messaging clear DATA, Clear cache, so clear both of them ? cause i did that already but not there is data and cache back there again.

When u clear data it will clear the cache automatically just hit force stop afterwards
