LG Volt date picture taken showing incorrectly

I just want to know if anyone has an LG Volt (Android) & if any of your pictures taken shows on a different date than it was originally taken? Like a picture originally taken from 2013 shows that it's taken from 2016 in details/properties, even when I have transferred it to my laptop computer. Urgent, please help.

If you move your picture from another device, your phone will show the date you moved it.

My dad didn't move the phone from one device to another. His cellphone pictures were synced from his cellphone to his Samsung touchscreen computer.

Ah ok.. And presumably the phone has the correct date and time on it?
