LG3 - my videos are in MP4 format when the transfer to my computer instead of AVI.

I can not see them, only hear. How can I undo this on my phone, so that my videos transfer as AVI files? It used to transfer as AVI files. It might have happened when someone tried to upload the LG suite to the computer, which wasn't done in the end.

Thank you very much! I have over 15 GB of videos to transfer, but don't want to loose them.

Try to use Windows Explorer to copy the files over. They should just copy over as is without any changes.
