today my battery died as I received a facebook message. now my phone is stuck on the boot up screen. I've hard reset and wiped cache. I don't know what to do and need my phone. any ideas?

It sounds like something might have failed with the firmware or hardware. How long have you waited to see if the phone finally finishes booting? Is the phone still under warranty?
